Hello Philippe92FR,

I've not noticed any real difference since the update.

I did have a problem with no sound from the entertainment centre occasionally (usually fixed by resetting the infotainment unit by holding down the phone button on the steering wheel whilst in park) before the update, but since the update this has not reoccurred - as this update mentions it's fixed a problem with sound coming through the wrong channel, I'm hoping that this update has cured the problem.

I will be ringing the dealer tomorrow to book it in for the D035 campaign.

Hi Philippe Thanks for putting this post together. Very helpful.
Just wondering, my car (P270e MY25) just updated itself to 4.3.1 so I seem to be a couple of versions behind. Do you know when the updates are pushed and if there is a way to trigger it early? It says I’m running the latest version in the Pivi.
All the Best,

All the Best,
Im also on 4.3.1 so I would not worry just yet.
The updates get released in batches by VIN No:
Some people get the update immediately, whilst others seem to get them a month or so later.

I'm still on 4.3.0 from February so maybe it's a phased rollout?
Your in front of me with OTA update on 15th July gave me 4.3.0 ?
Ive only just got the D035 letter dated 20/08/25 - 9 days in the post ! Almost a month since it first got posted on here. Im only just over the trauma of N959 :)

Hello everyone,

Question about SOTA update 4.3.1 :

Have you noticed that since the update of PIVI PRO 4.3.1 the behavior of the thermal switch to EV mode is sometimes randomly impossible.
The thermal mode can be triggered by a need for power to overtake or the switch to SPORT mode or the selection of a 4X4 program such as driving on snow.
And so when the engine has started for one of all these reasons it is impossible to switch back to all-electric mode (EV) afterwards.
The start&Stop therefore does not work either.
And then randomly the next journey works correctly.

I had that same problem, starting yesterday.
Today I update the BECM and the PCM with Topix Cloud and I'll test it again tomorrow.

I'll get back to you with the result.

I'm now oficial facing the problem :
EV mode doesn't come back after Petrol Engine kicks in.

Found this Bulletin: SSM75186 Land Rover HVAC Control System TSB

Already updated the HVAC, PCM, BECM to the lastest versions with Topix cloud.

Anyone have some idea ?

Hello Vinnypt,
The HVCH problem could be the cause...

Hello Vinnypt,
The HVCH problem could be the cause...
I think it could be that.
However, when I had PIVI blocked on version 3.2.1 I also had this error, and after the update it was resolved.
I have already reprogrammed the module, but the error persists.
I need to investigate further during the week.

Ours does this too with 4.3.1
I get round it by just coming to a halt and switching the car off then on again.

Now the problem has worsened.
Whenever I start the car, even when it’s in EV mode, the combustion engine starts running as soon as I put the gearbox in “D” or “R”.

I’m undecided whether to buy a new HVCH or wait a bit longer for a software update from JLR — which I don’t expect to happen anytime soon, as they’re probably dealing with more serious issues after the cyberattack.
