Hello everyone,
Following a failed update I looked for a long time why the topix cloud site indicated "update failed : remote function actuator (RFA) failed" (1)
It is very likely that this has something to do with key management (2).
So this morning I had a hunch : I did two actions related to the keys but I don't know which of the two allowed the update to go well:

-1- First action: I deactivated the opening of the doors in two stages because I had activated it to reinforce security. By default this option is disabled (3)
-2- Second action: I disconnected my incontrol profile with which the keys are associated

Following these two actions, the update was successful, but I don't know which of the two solved the problem because I did these two actions at the same time before resuming the update with SOTA
If you have an update that is not running, could you test these actions one after the other.

(1) I got this info from JLR customer service as they can check for update errors with specific access to Topix
(2) Remote function Actuator managed by RFA module or also called KVM (keyless vehicle module) if you search on the internet
(3) I specify that I have the option of entering the car without a key just by pressing the door button.

Hello,
The 2.1.8 update and then a week later 3.3.0 have just been installed with the two-step door opening option disabled.
I specify that it is a catch-up because the car is already in 3.3.2 made by the technician of the JLR concession with a connected PC.
This is the normal cycle of compliance with the Topix cloud.
This does not change what is already up to date and fortunately elsewhere.
SOTA should now go to 3.3.2 or 3.3.2a within about a week.
