I have rejoined the forum after buying a second Evoque, we must have had a good one the first time as we had no issues at all I should have also done the lottery! So our first was stolen off the drive in 30 seconds. Broke the drivers window, accessed the ODB configured a key and they were off. Luckily the value had shot up and so we eventually upgraded to a HSE 2017. We now have, a disk lock, ghost and driveway bollards.
However, this one has started to show up a couple of problems.
I have put the following in my profile but just in case here it is, Silicon silver with black pack roof mirrors and wheels. Panoramic roof with tinted black so we think its a bit of a stunner. The tech details are - Evoque 2017 HSE DYN SD4 A L538 2L AJ20 D4H. Its a lovely car but my wife gets disheartened when things go a bit wrong. So any help would be welcomed with the issues.
I had the engine management warning appearing intermittently. Within the last 2 months 4 trips of 200+ miles, motorway, then around town for a week or so.
Diagnostics from the garage have shown:
2018?? Land Rover Vehicle Diagnostic Report Vehicle Information 2018 / Evoque (L538) / AJ200D - 2.0 Diesel with catalyzed Diesel Particulate Filter.
The diagnostic test showed the following and the garage wanted 8 hours labour to investigate further!
PCM (Powertrain Control Module)
P0401-00 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) flow insufficient detected.
No sub type information.
Status - Unknown
Garage suspect New EGR Gasket required?
P246F-64 Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) sensor circuit range/performance (bank 1 sensor 4).
Signal implausibility.
Status - History.
The garage said no point in changing as it would fail again if the EGR gasket was not resolved.
Also I have the intermittent central locking door unlock problem on an intermittent basis.
There are no codes but the garage suggested it requires a "retrain". I'm sceptical as it’s only the drivers door that fails to unlock first time in the morning, mirrors don't open, but indicators flash. On the third / fourth try the door unlocks. New vehicle battery installed in July. New key fob battery installed still happens.
I am not sure if these are related:

B1378-14 Mirror horizontal position sensor - Circuit short to ground or open Unknown
B137C-14 Mirror vertical position sensor - Circuit short to ground or open Permanent
I tried to add to other questions in the forum but this is my first post.
Any advice welcomed before I move to the next step.
