Don't know if it's just my car , but the windscreen washer produces more of a fine mist rather than a jet of fluid. I have visions of it freezing up really easily and wondered if anyone had already had any problems with it.

Good point. On a related matter I noticed there is a "winter setting" for the wipers that parks them higher up the windscreen to help avoid then freezing.

Shouldn't the nozzles be heated, or is that one of the options?

Jake,

It is a fine mist - you don't have a defect. I have already increased the anti freeze ration (much to my neighbours and her cats disgust - though to be fair those cats have cost be about £3k in residuals over the years with their insistence of sitting on my bonnet and putting their claw marks on my cars :)) I think that is the answer (and leaving them in winter setting). To be honest, I have had to 'defrost' my windows a couple of times since I got it, and have been really impressed. However, increase the ratio so that the fine mist pumps out a bit more anti freeze if you can bear it!
