Sorry but i really do not like them. I understand your reasoning for getting them but aren't they going to be extremely uncomfortable when it gets a bit warmer? They will make you sweat like a sweaty thing and your skin will stick to them if wearing shorts etc.
If you have had then hand made to order they must have cost a fortune but to me they look like something the garage would use to protect your seat when in for servicing.
I have a friend who paid £2000 extra for leather seats in a car. From day one he put seat covers on all the seats. After three years he sold the car and the seats looked like new. He'd paid the extra 2k and had never actually sat on the seats.
As I say, I understand why you have them but they are not for me.
MWH, great idea as I go mountain biking and often get back in the evoque mud splattered, seems like these covers would be a good temporary solution which I could keep in boot and use as needed. Assume they are easy to put on and take off ? How much roughly do they cost ?
When evoques arrive at dealership they have factory protecive seat covers which are taken out before delivery, I asked and was given a set .They are very durable and custom fit. I obviously dont use them all the time but on occasions they help if I use working clothes that would dirty the seats. Ask your dealership as I was told that they disgarded them after delivery and they had ample spare, just a thought for you ask when taking delivery of your pride and joy.
