I have the matrix headlights as standard on my Evoque First Edition and can say they are without doubt the best I've had. They spend much of the journey in high beam, turning off only those parts of the light when they detect other vehicles.

I've had xenons and LED's, but the matrix lights are extremely good. They also have the additional lighting that comes on when turning.
