David, I think my app also does that....it doesn't refresh the new range untill the charger is unplugged and the car relocked. I think this is normal. 👍
It’s only started doing this since I started doing scheduled overnight charges. The evening before it says something like 4% charge & 1 mile range. In the morning it has always said 100% charge and 21 miles which it changes to 100% and 30/31 lies after I’ve disconnected. 🤨

So, after a day of normal driving by me and then a full, overnight charge my car is back to its brilliant self....showing a range of 35 miles on the Remote app. Does seem to prove that different driving styles can significantly affect the efficiency of the P300e.
Is yours charged outside or in a garage, what was the temp last night?.

I had never checked before you mentioned it on here a few days ago but now I realise that mine doesn't actually show the new, fully charged range on the app until after i have unplugged it from the charger....it's not really a big problem for me as the car always shows the correct range on the dash.

Deleted and then reinstalled the app yesterday. Charged overnight. This morning the app said 100% charge and 21 miles range. Went to the car, unlocked it - the display said 100% and 30 miles. Disconnected the charging cable and locked the car. Came back inside and the phone app said 100% and 30 miles!!! Just going to ignore the initial range after charging on the app from now onwards, it’s the level of charge that really matters. 😉
Yes the app only gives you the data as when it was first locked, it will show it charging and when it's complete but until you un-lock it the app's mileage does not alter to what the car states - mines always done that.

Last night was cold, about 3 degrees....but my car is charged up in a heated and carpeted garage...garage queen 🤣
Now I understand how your are getting a full 35 miles, mines always outside and the temp does have a big impact.

After reading about the heater for both the cabin heat and battery conditioning I ran mine this morning, which was the first time since charging it on Saturday, I put the heating on auto (including AC on) and pulled off, it kept itself in EV all the way and the car warmed up to the 20 C cabin temp it was set at (it was 10 C outside), I did three trips and the IC only kicked in once as I needed to pull out of a junction quicker than normal, other than that the IC never switched on, I used 18 miles of the 32 I had started with but I only have 8 miles left so for sure the heater looks to be working and is using power, something to take into consideration as winter arrives.

My app has always shown the increasing battery % and range miles during charging- but I’ve only ever checked this while charging during the day. I have no intention of getting up between 2am and 6am to see what happens during nighttime charging!! 😉

My mileage as never changed until I've opened the car to release the cable. In fact I'll charge it now to see what happens.

It’s alright for these people with garages! 😉
Mine’s outside all the time and does just as yours has this morning Rob.

OK I've just started a charge, the battery is 33% full with 9 miles left, the outside temp is 10 Deg C, currently getting 16 ml/hr charging rate and a finish time of 1 hr 27 mins.

I've gone up to 38% and it still shows 9 miles.

I'll report back when it's finished

Mines a Drive way Queen, my Series 2 is the garage queen :ROFLMAO:

I've got two garage Queens I'm afraid, so the Evoque has to stay outside.

The cars charged, the phone app was still showing only 9 miles when 100% charged before I opened the car and removed the cable. Once the cable was disconnected the car was showing 31 miles (previous charge it was 32 miles) @100% charged. Went to check the phone and it's gone **** up, just getting the spinning wheel now - bloody typical.:poop:

Quick up-date - the apps back up and is now showing 31 miles range @ 100% charged - as it's always done.

Swmbo & me have been going through a rough patch recently, well, when I say recently I mean for the last 20 years or so.
Can I come & live in your garage 🤔

One is the P300e, the other is a mk1 Ford Escort RS2000. It's a 1974, white with blue decals, only 3 owners and 67,000 miles from new. I've owned it since 1982 and it was the second car I ever owned....I will never sell it.
The good old Escort worth keeping for sure, pretty similar to me then, I've got my Series 2A which I've had for 7 years and has done around 40K but like you I also have a 1974 MK VI Spitfire which I've had since 1989 and as done 5 miles, both cars have been re-build by me which I loved doing.

My app only shows 1 mile range, even when 100% charged, until the charging cable is disconnected!

We’ll now we know we have to unplug the charging cable to get the app to show the correct range even though it knows the % charge before unplugging! At least everyone’s is doing (more or less) the same thing. 😉

My lovely car is definitely back to normal after being abused by my wannabe racer wife. I did a 33 mile journey today....all done on EV with no assistance from the petrol engine...I even used the heater for the first few miles ! 😊
