Oil dilution occurs when a regen is not completed & diesel is blown back into the engine thereby diluting the oil. If the oil is diluted too much, then yes it can be fatal (engine not you!)

You can avoid the problem by driving from Glasgow to Newquay & back twice daily at a steady speed of 147mph at maximum revs!

Free oil/ filter change is only for pre 1st April 2017 reg cars so you should be ok. There is a total mileage limit though but it is high
