No, once the BMS had sorted itself out after the 4 month sleep at the stealer, I’ve had S/S turned on. I think that you just have to learn to anticipate when traffic is going to allow you to move and press the accelerator accordingly.
I love it ... and yes its a learning curve and once you've got it it's wonderful :)

Evoque, rear seats flat and fully loaded, along with a Cruz Apex box on the towbar for the light but bulky items, 2 adults, from south Bristol to the west coast of Scotland south of Oban, 440 miles using cruise control for a lot of the time, 42.54 mpg. Stop/Start enabled, and needed on the M6 today.
