Thanks for that, I wasn’t there otherwise I’d have refused to drive the car away without new seats being ordered there and then. I really wanted to confirm it wasn’t in my head and this wasn’t now normal for JLR. My wife had to go on her own she’s isolating from the rest of us as she’s an NHS medic. The garage told her the dark marks would rub out and the folds would stretch out with use in a few weeks. I was incandescent (with them not her obviously) when she told me after her shift. I’ll be writing to the garages sales director this morning. Thanks for your help!
Offft ... no way, that’s shocking ... I’d actually take photos and send to JLR complaints before going back to dealership... they do have quality control and a pre inspection to pick up... not good enough
