Hi guys, I’ve read other threads on Bluetooth probs but not this one specifically.. if anyone can help, I’m pulling my hair out.
iPhone 11, connects to Bluetooth on entering car, I can make one call connected for a short period before disconnecting. Then I have to re-pair device before being able to make a call again, (or take an incoming call). HEEELLLLLPP !! 😡

Is the software up to date on both your iPhone and your Evoque ?

Try re-starting your iPhone. It might be a glitch if the phone hasn’t been re started recently. (Apple recommend restarting your phone @ once a week).

Do a hard reset of the iPhone (not a data wipe reset tho), delete the iPhone pairing from car head unit first before the phone reset and then and reboot the Evoque head unit, then re-pair the phone to the car head unit. I had this problem on one of my kids BMW a few months back, and this process solved the dropout.
