Hi I have a 2013 evoque with both passenger doors not locking or unlocking. BOTH DOOR LOCKS REPALCED. Still no good.
Is there any other issues with these?
What controls the locking of the doors is it the body control unit or the control unit in the door?
All fuses ok and moving parts all seem good. Also everything else on both doors work.

Any help please

The day before yesterday, the passenger door wouldn't lock but the others would.

Rang my local JLR dealer (Lookers of Aston Clinton) yesterday morning around 10am. I explained what had happened and the charming lady put me through to LR Assist (as I have an extended warranty). They said a technician would be with me between 1 -3pm, and he (Dave) arrived just after 1pm.
Dave diagnosed a faulty door latch. He then checked the rest of the car and found that the rear brake discs were starting to corrode.
He noted both faults down (and took photos of the discs) and about 2 hours later, I received an e-mail from LR Assist giving me a job number and the issues needing to be done under warranty.
Now waiting for the dealer to get back to me to arrange for it to be booked in.

Can't fault this excellent service which is great to report!! (y) (y) (y)
