thinking of getting a dash cam for the evoque, anyone recommend one, as a camera never lies😀

I've just hardwired a BlackVue 7502 2 channel into my Evoque, Their are only 2 connections needed, earth and ignitio switched power as there is a Cellink battery that powers the system when parked.
Been using BlackVue cameras for years, not cheap but offer good picture and easily read number plates.
They are deffinitely worth having, my previous but one car was parked up in town and the car manouvering out of the space behind hit my rear bumper (numerous times‼) causing significant damage and then drove off. I reviewed the camera footage and there was a perfect picture of the driver getting into his vehicle, the vehicle itself and the registation plate. Informed the police, the driver denied it but was then told there was CCTV footage and admitted it, insurance company were pleased with the footage and repaired my car as none fault and no excess to pay.
