Boarding my Cruise Saturday morning - Cruise Number 14 - Not that im counting.
Off round the Norweigan Fjords, weather not looking too clever but hey ho.

Been on the Queen Mary2 mate - small ship but up there with class.
The one memory we had of the Queen Mary is the Ballroom. Of an evening, just take a seat and people watch.
Its the only ship i've been on where you feel young!
There were oldies coming in with their blue rinses on zimmer frames and they have "gentlemen" around the dance floor asking the oldies to waltz/foxtrot etc.....its like a miracle!
They cant walk when they enter the room but they dance like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rodgers once they see that dancefloor (ok - i know i know)
But the 100 piece band (slight exaggeration) is amazing...............then when you have taken all you can stand - open the door to the rear and the nightclub starts raving :)
Nice small ship and very elegant......dont think i could stay aboard for 6 days though.....not on a small ship...........but everyone to their own....

Anyway - must toot - Bon Voyage Peeps......

We're going on our first Fjords cruise in August on the Azura. Apparently there’s an interesting Leprosy museum in Bergen. It gets good reviews on TripAdvisor. Different!

Did a TUI (Marella) cruise round Asia recently.
Absolutely fantastic.
Did Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam.
Ship was nice, staff friendly (and you aren't expected to tip), food excellent (all inclusive), excursions interesting, flight good in a Dreamliner, price reasonable. Hard to fault really.
I'd go again tomorrow.

We have done around 4 cruises round most of the Caribbean with Marella on the Dream, Disco 1 and 2.

We have also done France, Spain and Italy on the NCL Epic and NCL Sky round Key West and Bahamas.

we had booked for the Oceana again for this October/November 16 nights Dubai & the Gulf, but they’ve only gone & sold the ship!!! Covid 19 has a lot to answer for. Still we’ve been offered a full refund or 125% credit if we re-book on another cruise with P&O.

Looking very dapper DKZ. I bought a new dj for our QM2 crossing in June now scheduled to go in July 2021, hope it’ll still fit!
